To celebrate World Bee Day, Mrs Hickey came to visit us to tell us about her bees and bee keeping. We learnt about the Queen Bee, the worker bees and the drones. We tasted beautiful honey. Thank you Mrs Hickey. Afterwards we wrote about what we learnt and some of us went to other classes to tell them about it.
