Mrs Joyce’s Second Class were very lucky to have so many parents and a grandparent visiting our class during the year.
Ana Faye (Leila’s mum) worked with us on our embroidery hearts, , Grow Love project. She also worked on our felting birds project. We all went home with our own framed felted birds .
Orla Spollen (Maisie’s mum) helped us create lovely wooden personalised souvenirs for Our Holy Communion or a lovely memory from 2nd class.
Sarah Middleton did a wonderful series of dance classes with us in our last week of school.
Frankie Carty (Rosie’s and Frankie’s grandad) told us all about his marvellous childhood spend on Coney Island. He even recited his own poem about travelling to school from the Island in the horse and cart! Thank you all for coming to visit us!😀
