As part of Bí Cinealta, the anti-bullying initiative,all schools are to create a child-friendly version of the schools' policy.
The idea is that all children will have a reminder of what bullying is & how to respond if they encounter it at school.
At Scoil Asicus Naofa, the Student Council took the lead and worked with Mr Fogarty to consider what should be included and how to get the message across.
We decided that a bright, colourful poster was needed and that a cartoon strip style would best allow the important information be understood by children of all ages.
Our draft was sent to a local printer who created a draft which we reviewed and adjusted. We can't wait to get our poster out into classrooms and reminding everyone to Bí Cinealta.
